Climate Change Monitoring Center, a contemporary spatial and typological interpretation of the Aqueduct. An ephemeral infrastructural facility that, with its position, spatial and formal capacity, improves the park zone’s functionality within and along with the Sava Blocks in New Belgrade. The structure aims to integrate the existing functions of education, sports, and recreation, complementary contents to urban housing by spreading the influence of natural water and green fund, and overlapping human movement flows. The intervention’s scope is in line with the concept of structure, a significant part of the spatial content built by water flow. The Aqueduct is a symbol, infrastructure, water. Water is life.
